Quaint, intimate Pilates studio in a quiet soi of Bangkok (traffic can be a bit mad at around 15:00-18:00 hrs though). Professional, highly personalised, and very friendly instructors. I’ve done private (solo), private (duo), and even group classes— all equally good. I would definitely recommend this studio. Since there isn’t really a reception desk, best via to reach them is via LINE @pilatessecret, they’re actually quite quick.
